Because of very limited space, I can grow a total of 7 plants. I give excess seedlings to interested neighbors and send the rest to the local Senior Citizens Center. My surplus tomatoes have no trouble finding a welcoming kitchen/home. . . until June, when I have to become creative!

Hybrid seeds cannot be saved and grow true to the parent plant (hence:hybrids). The stems of these plants can be rooted, though. Seeds saved from hybrid plants don't grow like the original.
