Hello
I was given this plant. I think it might be a Wandering Jew but I am not sure because the leaves look red to me. I know it was outside in a hard freeze, and am thinking that is why the leaves are red.


My question is..... is it a wandering jew and if the red is from a freeze what can I do to save the plant.

Yes certainly a Tradescantia. They are easy to grow. Keep in fairly bright light and don't overwater. The stems root very easily so you can get new plants if the cold temperatures have damaged this one.

Any parts that are still firm are fine. Tons of direct sun causes a more red appearance, vs. the green/gray colors of no direct sun at all:
