I see it was registered in 2000 so relatively new...to Australia.
I'm hoping for a bloom next season. If it ever opens in time for the show...it wins!

Whilst watering the Epies last Sunday,I found two more with buds,Wild Thing & Whatta Dream.Wild Thing is out today,nearly two months later than normal.Whatta Dream,will be about another week.Other plants of this one,did flower on time earlier.

I sure love that Wild thing. LOL I looks similar to clown, I checked the greenhouse a little bit today. Can't wait until spring.

Oh good! We have someone that can keep us informed on registration. Is this anything universal, like Kew is for orchids? So many people dabble in hybrids, but don't pay the fees to register...just give them a name. There are probably hundred of crosses out there with as many names for each.

This should definately be the last one for this extended season,from me.Whatta Dream, an extremely beautiful hybrid .I would not wish to be without this plant.
