Making Small Seedling Pots from Sports Drink Containers

Tired of needing to put your seedlings into pots only to find you don't have any to spare?

I couldn't tell what you used for soil. Just a reminder, anything in pots should be planted in sterilized commercial potting soil. Period. Using garden soil and trying to amend it is the worst thing one can do!! Secondly, to put rocks or gravel on the bottom to 'improve' drainage is worse than no holes in the container! Causes a 'perched water table'...otherwise, this works. Don't know about the BPA in that plastic. I wouldn't use these containers for edibles. Beer cups work wonders. Be careful planting a tiny start or plant in too big of a pot!

Usually EcoScraps potting soil is all I use mixed with small or medium perlite. I never use rocks or gravel, period. Don't use them for anything that's eaten, all that's in any of them at the moment are Mother of Millions starts and a few other succulent starts.
