Rock Candy does very good here definately pumps out the blooms for a extended period, and gets to the registered height. I have it where it gets afternoon shade which helps it hold its color better.

ROCK CANDY also does well in my zone 5a garden. It reaches its registered height and blooms for a long period of time. It is a good all around plant.

I planted Rock Candy in the Spring of 2021. It didn't do anything that year. This year, although it remains at 2 fans, it bloomed from June 29- July 24 with at least 25 flowers. That's a good show for 2 fans , on a very hot and dry summer! Although initially blotchy, the blooms evened out and became a pretty purple bagel with a dark eye and a dark picotee border.

2023 update…Rock Candy bloomed from June 28- July 19, with at least 19 blooms. By October, it had grown three new fans to more than double its previous size, ending at five fans. I expect to get a really good show next year!
