I dont know, I am an Industrial subjects Teacher and I dont know about gardining.

@sooby It does look like Senecio glaucus. Senecio glaucus subsp. coronopifolius might be a good match; photos here for comparison:

I agree with Lin, it no longer looks like Coreopsis.
