'Black Eyed Bully' is a evergreen tetraploid introduced in 2006 by Miner.

It never performed well here, though it multiplied somewhat. One always wonders, "Should I give it more time?" But tender evergreens tend to tease you like that--never giving good bud count. This one also had smaller flowers than I wanted. The black eye is intense.
