I am afraid my plumeria may have gotten too cold this winter. Here is what I have, any suggestions?

Yes, those tips have frozen. Take a sharp knife and a wad of paper towels with isopropyl alcohol, and start cutting; be sure to wipe the knife with the alcohol between cuts. As soon as you see completely white wood, you can stop. If you don't get all the rot as soon as possible, it can spread and travel right down the plant, killing the whole thing.

Well, it has been 3 years and it has survived. It has not bloomed until this year and what a rewarding bloom for me. I only have pinks and yellows, I had brought a small cutting home from Maui in 2013 of a deep red; I think this must have been it. It had bloomed one time the next year, but that was all.
