Besides this red one I also noticed one with the same markings only the body was yellow. I noticed a lot of stink bugs on my Hyacinth Bean Vines last year I'm wondering if these are young ones?

Those are all over our Arizona yard, Chris, and I've never had them ID'd. Hope someone here will know.

Thanks Karen, I don't think they're causing any harm but I'll have to keep an eye out.

I've never seen ours do any harm, but I take everything off of my Adeniums. I don't trust them to odd insects. I take no chances with those babies!

I need to keep checking mine then. I've got them outside on the shelves I made from cinder blocks and 10' 2x8s.

I have seen a few mealy bugs on mine. That drives me nuts. I hate them.

If you could get a picture from immediately over the top of it to see the markings better it would help, but from that angle it looks like a large milkweed bug, Oncopeltus fasciatus:

I'd say that's a 100% ID Sue. Here's some more info I found - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...
