Can you get poisoned by handling the seeds or just by ingestion?

I've handled a lot of seeds and I still here. WASHING THOROUGHLY after handling is always a good plan.

Over the years I've handled a lot of seeds and leaves. No problems at all if you just wash your hands thoroughly after handling them.
