I'm not good at explaining things but on the left side of the database page, you will see a section that says "Adding Actions" and the first item is Upload a photo - click there and then on the green area that says "upload a photo". Select the photo from your computer that you want to add, click on the blue area that says "Open". It might take a few seconds to upload but once the thumbnail photo shows up, check off/select what the image is: Entire plant, Bloom, Leaves, etc. Your photo will go into a queue for the database moderators and you will get a system message once it has been approved and added to the database.
