Thread OP

Hi guys

This is Aditya from New Delhi , India. Just looking for help in identifying this unidentified plant that has been thriving in an erstwhile empty flower pot with some potting soil in it.

I have very limited knowledge on plants and methods to id them properly so apologies in advance if this is a very common plant.

The plant seems to like a lot of water and reacts well to it. There are tiny flowers as well. If this picture is not enough for an ID, i will post more pictures.

Thanks a lot in advance. Any help will be very appreciated.

It reminds me of chickweed. I'm sure someone here will know what it is exactly.

I think it may be Eclipta prostrata.
