In a round block planted around a bird house pole in my back yard, I planted some Lilies a few years ago. We straightened the pole last fall and may have caused this problem. But my Lily bulb mass is protruding about the soil and I can see bulblets on top. Should I dig them up more and transplant them deeper into the dirt? I really don't want to add more dirt on top of them because it would be too high for the area. Thank for your help.

It sounds like the bulblets are from the larger (original) mother bulb, not the original bulb itslef (that is somewhere below). Yes, gently remove the bulblets, and if you want them to grow into mature plants, plant them several inches (or more) away from the original bulb, 1-2 inches deep.
