I just wanted to share this pic of a seedling I have from last year. I'm pretty excited to see the flower, but it probably won't flower this year. As soon as it warms up I'll have to separate it from the rest.

Cute. Is the variegated and the non variegated fans coming from the same seedling?
The problem is that when you are young your life it is ruined by your parents. When you are older it is ruined by your children.

I guess I'll find out when I separate it , but I think it's a different seed.

That is very interesting. The only variegated daylily I am familiar with is Variegated Kwanso, but upon doing an internet search, I see there are a few. It will be exciting to see it flower.

My Variegated Kwanso, will send up the occasional all green fan. I tend to dig those out to keep the clump variegated.
