Unfortunately, we just don't know enough about your temperatures and environment to give you any advice.
In the U.S., Celosia is considered a 'tender perennial' only doing well in Zones 10 - 12. That means it will not survive temperatures lower than about 1C. According to Texas A & M, Ireland is mostly in Zone 9, while the very low lying coastal areas of Southwest Ireland are in Zone 10.
Do you need to move it outside? If your current temperatures are warmer now, you could move the Celosia outside for the season. Move it slowly to a sunny spot - start it out in the shade and slowly move towards more sunny locations. This could take a week or more.
