Hi guys,

Any help identifying this climber would be appreciated. It's evergreen, and the main stem is quite woody; the flowers are not noticeably fragrant.

The leaves are unusual and quite variable from what I can see. Can you confirm whether the one flower I can see with four petals is typical or do other flowers have more petals? It's somewhat like Jasminum x stephanense but the number of petals would be wrong if all are four. Here's a picture just in case:

Agree.
Jasminum x stephanense.
Link below appears to have 4 petals. Leaf fits.

I agree, it does look like lovely Jasmine (Jasminum x stephanense)

The leaves are a gold colour. Might be Jasminum officinale 'Fiona Sunrise'.

You've nailed it, thank you! Most of the flowers have 5 petals, but I neglected to notice that a few had 4.

Looking at other pictures it's definitely stephanense.

The golden flush seems to turn darker after the new growth.
