Good Afternoon everyone, I need a little help with what might be wrong with this rose. Leaves look good, it gets the same sun & water as my other roses (which look awesome). Any ideas?

I would wonder about thrips damage, compare with this image:

Try tapping an affected flower on some white paper and see if any tiny elongated insects come out onto it.
