Thread OP

Say I have a well rooted plumeria with 2 branches. Each branch is 24" long and each has 12" of new growth from this year. Each branch also has leaves actively growing on the 12" of new growth. Now if, on 1 branch, I were to cut all the leaves off except for a few right at the end of the branch, would that branch harden up faster than the other branch with all the leaves still intact?

I honestly don't know the answer, but I personally wouldn't think so.
