I kept chasing this bee around with my camera having my 60 mm macro lenses attached - this was one out of 10 shots that were okay and the only one suitable for a banner. This is not a real macro, but I was only like 8" away from the bee.
Toni, are you doing photos with a real camera? You might try the close-up or macro mode as a start. Or else invest in a lenses suitable for close-up photography or in extension tubes as a cheaper option.
