I am still trying to figure out how to submit an article. I asked this question a couple of days ago and got many responses, all of which led to a link with an error message.

Article submissions are currently disabled. At the moment your options are to use the forums or make a blog post, I think.

I think I read awhile back that administration is no longer accepting article submissions. There's probably a long list of earlier submissions in line waiting to be published ... I'd hold onto it and maybe in the future as things run their course, new articles will be accepted.
