The first one looks like tufted vetch, Vicia cracca, which is pretty but a very common and annoying weed, at least in my part of Ontario.

Edited to add picture of crown vetch, which has a more rounded inflorescence than the ID plant. It's not nearly as common where I am as tufted vetch, which gets into everything..

I planted some crown vetch once, can not ever get rid of this stuff, it is very invasive. very.
