Some secret Santa sent my wife a beautiful Christmas Cactus from Pro-Plants out of San Diego, Ca. Now I am jealous of someone who is sending her these?? For now their keeping their ID a mystery.

LOL! Better late than never. My Christmas Cactus is starting to bloom, just in time for Valentines day, and it's the perfect red! :)

Alan, that is a beautiful color. I guess it did not get the memo that it was a Christmas Cactus, so it decided to be a Holiday Cactus and bloom when it feels like it.

You should market it as a Valentine cactus.

My Schlumbergera have started blooming again as well-- I think it's the combination of day length and the fact that we are getting a little more sunshine in the front of the house.
