Found it. Bark Lice, Cerastipsocus venosus. Not harmful, sctually beneficial. Grosses me out to watch them!! I've squished 2 groups. But there are 2 more groups I can't reach that will live to eat all the fungi off my trees.

Bark Lice. I found them to be very helpful. They will eat the moss from your trees leaving them with a freshly washed look. They will leave small patches of the moss to regrow for future food source.
Note: do not park cars under work branches.... they do poop a lot.
