UNFORTUNATELY, MY INFLO DRIED UP AND FELL OFF FOR NO APPARENT REASON.
IS THERE ANY WAY TO FORCE PLANTS TO PRODUCE INFLOS?

Aw, I'm sorry. It may not be humid enough for it. Could you put it over a tray full of pebbles and water, sort of like an orchid humidity tray? I don't know of any way to force inflos. Maybe someone else will have an idea.

Sorry to hear that Sad
Orchids, Daffodils, Tulips, and many other varieties of hardy bulb flowers can often be 'tricked' into thinking it is a certain time of year or into blooming, however, this is not true of plumeria. If you have a single branched cutting, even with the perfect weather, lighting, humidity, and fertilization, it more than likely will not be producing another inflo this year. Hopefully it will cause the plant to branch and offer you more likelihood of blooming next year.

Have you had any more tries at blooming your plumeria, Father? @damiendelo
You've been missed here. I hope all is well there.
