A nice little daylily, blooms are pretty & look good. My only problem with it, & not so much a problem as a question on the stats for this one. Mine has never been anywhere near 6", more like 4". I've heard others mention this, so I feel confident that I have the correct plant.

I received three small fans from American Meadows in exchange for plants that didn't survive. I potted them about a month ago until I could make a spot for them and was excited when I noticed one of them has three buds on them! I wasn't expecting to see any blooms this year. I will post a picture when they do.

I acquired ‘Entrapment’ by mistake-- it was mislabeled. When I discovered this I was inclined to compost it, but instead put it in a tough spot in the back of a bed thinking if it doesn’t survive that is fine.

In this spot it has heavy tree root competition, I rarely water it during dry spells, and never fertilize it. Yet incredibly it has done very well! Foliage almost always looks good and it always churns out a LOT of blooms. The blooms (4”-4.5") always open well and look good. I am very impressed by this daylily’s toughness and resilience-- and copious blooming under trying conditions.

I am feeling mediocre about my Entrapment. I have owned for several years, and it has increased in size, but overall, I am lucky to get one, maybe two scapes.

It finally bloomed today. Love the flower though, it is cute.
