It's been a few months since I've posted on here, and I apologize but I have a question regarding a plant I just got. I got a panda plant the other day and it is absolutely adorable. However, I intentionally picked the one that did not look as happy because it looked in need of my love, and now that it's been with me for a little over a day, I've been looking up potential issues online that panda plants can have to sort of determine if it's just love that this little plant needs, or if there's more to it than that.
It does not seem to be sick with anything as far as I know, but especially since it's currently sharing a table with a few other plants of mine, I want to ask if these markings on the leaf tissue are just a normal thing, and not trauma from a disease or pests or something. I kind of wanted to have the plant isolated when I brought it home until I was sure of its condition, but I currently don't have many good plant spots that aren't already occupied. It's only worrisome to me because it *could* be an immune response and I'm not very familiar with this type of plant. They look like they could be water damage too, but I'm not sure. Is this something I should be concerned about?
Sorry these photos don't show very well. I went ahead and circled the differences in the leaf tissue that I'm concerned about. --Two leaves were broken off of the plant when I got it, so there may have been some physical trauma to the plant at some point, but I don't know if these two things are related or not. But I'll go ahead and mention that in advance in case it's relevant.
