Variegated yucca or agave. I have trouble telling them apart.

the stem are smaller, like some dracaena. so I bet definitely yucca, not agave. but my problem is to tell species, I never know how to tell Y gloriosa, elephatipes or aloifolia or other similar... all I can say is they are yucca, I wish some one else will join here
