The first one, I suspect, is a diminutive version of Horseweed (Erigeron canadensis). I've got it coming up everywhere in my yard also.

Break the cycle for seed-dropping plants by pulling/cutting/mowing before the new seeds ripen &fall to the ground, to be next years' crop of the same plant.
