A lovely pastel. Have not observed it long enough in a garden setting to comment on plant habit, multiplication, bud count, etc., except to say that it seems quite hardy here. Has not been a fast multiplier so far.

That is beautiful, I'm thinking out adding something different to my usual tastes next spring and was thinking along the lines of a pastel pink/ cream ruffle. This might be a good choice.

It is available to me and opens well in Germany so should be okay at opening in the UK.

The other one I am considering is Chang Dynasty, which looks darker in the photos.

Chang Dynasty is much darker and with more orange shades.

@Scatterbrain
I am adding 'Chang Dynasty' this fall, I am wondering how the branching and bud count numbers would do over in England?

@seedfork--Hi Larry,

I don't know what the branching and bud count will be in the UK but it is grown in Germany and the place where I would be getting it from have recommended both Chang Dynasty and How Lovely You Are as being good ruffled plants to choose for Northern Europe as they are hardy and open well even in European climates.

It is Boitzer daylilies so a good, reputable grower/supplier.

It was rarely pink for me - just cream. I sent it north. I thought the pink color might emerge in a less hot environment.
