I need some advice from those who have this kind of plant.... I know it "branches out" as it grows so should I mount it toward the bottom, in the middle, or near the top of the rack??? Seeing the way the new growth is heading upward, I'm leaning toward mounting toward the bottom and letting it grow/attach moving up..... would that be the right thing to allow for natural type growth?? I know it's a tiny plant on a huge rack but I don't want to have to move it around in the future.... as always.... thanks for any advice!

I've grown regular tolumnia, and so my experience my not be relevant.
But looking at your plant and that rack I would not recommend it. I would go with the flat slatted wood thing that's about 4" x 4" and as your plant grows and overtakes that.. then just wire the whole thing to another larger raft. This leaves you with more room for other orchids.. and at the end of the day.. isn't that what it's all about?
