Hi,
Could anyone help me identify this plant? I had never seen it before and it immediately attracted my attention today because its flowers were surrounded by bees!

Salvia. Perhaps
Anise-Scented Sage (
Salvia coerulea
'Black and Blue')
or
Sage (
Salvia
'Purple Majesty')

Many thanks!
I wonder if this is propagated by seed or I need cuttings.

Cuttings would probably be best. Many of the Salvias are hybrids, so blooms wouldn't be what you expect from seed.
