I have already reserved CONWAY SERENDIPITY from Ed Zahler. He is not selling any of it until after the National in Myrtle Beach, so I won't get my hands on it until after then. That is it for now as I continue to scour the LA for a variety of plants that I "must" have.

A straight jacket, size small, so that instead of ordering more daylilies, I can just give myself a self affirming hug Hurray!

Eric Simpson has one I'm waiting on- not introduced yet, and I am avoiding all shopping right now as I doubled my count in 2017 and have seedlings and seeds to keep me busy til cabin fever hits... Then, I might be back adding to the list.

Might also add, if I can find the space:

Avedon: I wondered how long it would take you to get Christmas in Oz. For a non UF person such as myself, it is one I hope to always have in my garden. I see that Oakes Daylilies is carrying it, so it must do fairly well all around the country......... I'll be interested in how Claudine's Charm holds up in Texas sunlight next year........Maryl

@Pam, I ordered Mary Ethel Anderson from Dancing Daylilies of Bessemer, Al. It was on sell at that time for $5 so I really got a deal. As far as I know the sale is over, so you can check their website for the new price. This was a clump sale and I received five beautiful fans. Also, in that order was Christmas In Oz, three lovely fans. This is the first time I have ordered from them, and I am totally pleased with the quality of their plants and their service. Maryl, you are the one with your pictures on GardenWeb DL Forum that really made me go for Christmas In Oz.

It now turns out that the trade will net three new plants, and they should arrive next week. They are:
Kirsten's Corsage, Swallow Tail Kite, and Metaphysical Moment. I did not expect a three plant deal, so must go have another hole dug.

Edited 7:07 p.m. I forgot to mention that Rich Howard of CT Daylilies sent a huge plant of There's A Place. I received seven fans and today my husband found a scape. I know I should probably cut it off, but somehow I just can't do it. We are in a weird weather situation where summer is hanging on and there's no telling just how long we are going to be very warm and unfortunately very dry. In fact, we are in drought now, and our water wells are getting a workout, hope they can survive this dry spell, for we do water our plants.

@Avedon I wouldn't cut the scape either. I too fell in love with MEA after seeing it bloom for @Gleni down under for what seems like an eternity.

Mike, my MEA clumps are budding. It has been late this year. Such dryness. I mowed the lawn last week in a cloud of dust. The rain only started yesterday. My foliage was also dust covered from vehicles using a unsealed road in front. The rain seems like some minor miracle, now, watching it fall. An inch over night.

After talking with Dan Trimmer, I'm getting Gypsy Jazz, Blueberry King and a seedling that will be named this fall and introduced for 2018. I don't have much room because vegetables will be taking over one more raised box and I need to find space for the daylilies that will lose their space in that box. I'm working on it!!
