Hi! Thanks for all of your great information. I like your specific recommendations but they'd be even more useful if every page of advice had a date written on it. That way as I'm evaluating varieties to try I know which varieties were not yet released when you wrote the article. Thanks.

I am confused by your statement. Each post in a thread is dated. Each comment in the database is also dated. Even each photo is dated, although you have to open a specific photo to find the date. What area of this website are you referring to that is undated? I'm also unsure what specific plant you might be referring to. Glad to help if we can.

Hi! It was a reference page about the best container varieties or best mandarins. I'll try to find it. The browser it was in is tied up waiting for a live chat. Smiling

Ah, you are delving into an older area of this web site which I am not familiar with. I do agree that a date to the original article would be helpful, as I believe many of these are from several years back, before Dave & Trish merged this site with their All Things Plants site. @Dave I couldn't easily find a date for this article, is there a way to find that?

When I posted this I didn't realize it was going to a discussion forum. I meant it more as a suggestion going forward. No one has time to date a whole library full of articles. Smiling OTOH, if there's a container citrus expert I can talk to I'd love to do so.

For a number of reasons, we don't show the original date of very old articles.

This article in question was originally published June 23, 2008.

I know this is a few months old, but I was coming here to suggest the same thing and found this thread. Saying, "This article was originally published on..." would be very helpful for new articles.
Keep going!
