Hi all. Can someone pls help me identify what these little Buds or protrusion above the base of the leaves are? Are the flower buds or leaf buds? Thank you.

I've never seen a plumeria look like that. Please post a photo after all of those branches come out!

My plumeria died after the frost hit us. I've been waiting and waiting to see if it comes back to life but it didn't. 😞

Plumerias can't take cold and frosts. If you get another one, have it outdoors in summer and take it inside somewhere when it starts getting cold. You can grow it on in the house, or bare root it and store it in a cool place like a garage to make it go dormant.
