Exciting!

Can one picture be submitted to more than one category?

Good question. It's hard to decide which category to put something in. For instance, a photo of some flowers on a hillside. Is that Annuals or is it landscape? Why not both Shrug!

The poster might end up winning in both or several categories thusly denying some other participate's placement.
Seems this question has surfaced before but I don't remember it's resolution.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.

Right, I think that the rules may have covered a person winning more than one prize which I think also covers more than one category? "...Limit one prize per member. If the same person wins 1st and 2nd place, then that person only get the first place prize and the next winner down gets the second prize."

I can't find any mention of multiple postings of one picture though. @dave?

There's no rule against it, but I think it would be most courteous to everyone to simply choose one category for each photo you want to submit.

I'm watching "West Side Story"on PBS and looking through a number of folders looking for good pictures to enter. Sorting through my pictures will be a good pass time for the long evenings now that we have changed to Day Light Savings Time and cold weather is setting in......

Paul - I happen to know all the words to West Side Story. I can't carry a tune but I know all the words. Like 'My pictures look pretty, oh so pretty'. 😝

I had the album, and know all the words too, even though I can't carry a tune at all. I loved that album.
