That's really an interesting observation Faridat, I think I am both. I can't pass up a sad-looking plant on the sales table, but I also really enjoy working with plant combinations to find the perfect look.

lol . . .I'm neither; I'm a plant cheapie. When I see a perennial on the clearance table because the nursery workers had not taken proper care, or the plant was towards the beautiful end of it's lifecycle, that I don't have and want to try, I buy! Smiling
. . . it's always better to ask questions, than jump to conclusions.
AND . . . always hear both sides of the story before making a judgment.

Well, I suppose I am both. I also rescue plants (perennial) when I find them at Walmarts. But I also love to watercolor all blooming things. I was an art teacher for about 30 years and so that is just what I do for fun. I also have a big garden of all kinds of plants so I have lots of fun. After a big day in the garden its kind of relaxing to just sit and paint. alda

Yep, add me to the third category too! Cheapie. My garden is filled with plants I got on clearance tables. it's a good way to try out plants you might otherwise not want to buy. So: Cheapie, savior and artist!

Thank you for your comments! I am more of a savior I admit. And a plant mommy. I get anxious and worried a lot and tender and care. I wonder if by time I will be able to become a Plant Artist. A plant cheapie, lol, that was so funny! I guess I am one too, you can't beat a nice chance to purchase something you want for cheaper. And plants cost money, some more than others, but they all do.
In some Native languages the term for plants translates to "those who take care of us."
