It is hard to believe that I have had this plant for 5 years now(Sept. 12th 2012) It was one of the first named daylilies I purchased. It seems such a short time ago, yet at the same time so long ago. The plant has done well here in my garden, it has been divided into several clumps. It blooms every year, and later reblooms, so it has a decent length of bloom time during the year. It is a fairly early bloomer for me, this year the first bloom was on April 24th. I was surprised just now looking at the stats, 36-40 buds with 4 way branching. I don't recall the branching being that good, but it did seem to have a lot of blooms (I don't think it was 36-40), I will try to take note of that next year. As can be seen by my photos above the color does vary quite a bit, but I think the bloom is very attractive, and the foliage normally looks pretty good. The scapes are tall enough to keep the blooms high for a nice display.
