It is fun to see the winners in the different categories. Some real beauties to consider. I'm going to ruminate on the choices tonight and vote in the morning. I am a little confused as the instructions say we will have 48 hours to vote but they also say voting will end Sunday evening which is 72 hours. I'll be done a lot sooner than that. Thanks everyone for all the lovely photos to enjoy. Many wonderful things to think about.......

You're right, voting ends Saturday evening, not Sunday. I'll update the news item.

Just got done voting. It is nice to see that a few of the photos I voted for were chosen by others as well. All beautiful photos! It really was a hard choice this year. Thank you to everyone that submitted photos to the contest so that we could enjoy this, and thank you to Dave and crew for making it all happen!

I agree with James above. It was nice to see several of my prior choices in the finals. This was a hard group to pick fav's from.

Thank you many times to Bluestone Perennials for sponsoring this contest and to our talented photographers for sharing your work.

That was tough... I think ten of those were in my top three for their category. Several more were in my top four or five for the category. Really nice photos everyone! I'm curious how much weight my vote has.... how many people here vote?

Good question, Molanic. It would be interesting to know the average vote count for the contests.

Only one of my prior choices made it to the finals. Naturally, I voted for that one. It was difficult to decide where to cast my other two votes, but rather than have them go to waste, I did the best I could.
Good luck to everyone!

Such lovely images, this site has some very talented members! I voted, and I'm so glad to have seen some of ones I had voted in the categories to be among the selected, all of them are special anyway! Good luck to all, great work, uber inspiring! Smiling

I just cast my votes for Best of Show. Congratulations to all those who made it to the final stage of this years photo contest! It was very difficult choosing just 3 favorites in each category. In one category, it took me forever to whittle it down from 25+ favorites to just three ... it seems I always have that problem with our photo contests. Smiling

Really wonderful photography everyone, so many really gorgeous photos ... I'd love to have one of each framed to hang on a wall! Lovey dubby

Such fabulous photography! I recognized each and every one of the photos from the 1st round of voting. I have no recollection of what I voted for then. I only know that most of the finalists were ones I agonized over the first go round, making this time so much harder.

But I did it! Miss Indecisive here actually cast her votes prior to the very last minute possible.

Congratulations to all of y'all. And thank you for adding so much beauty to this wonderful gardening site.
And thank you, Dave & crew, for creating and maintaining this wonderful gardening site.
And thank you, Bluestone Perennials, for sponsoring this contest for the members of this wonderful gardening site.
