I've got a ton of Roselle seed pods and mentioned to my wife that you can make Roselle tea out of them. She was interested when I told her it may help her blood pressure according to some things I read. Does anyone know of a good recipe for making Roselle tea?

I was under the impression that only the dried flowers were used. If the seeds could be used, I'd love to know!

From what I've read Karen not the seeds but the calyces that cover the seeds. I'm just interested to see if anyone else has made it and how.
