I've been growing orchids for quite awhile, and lost many. This is very easily understood advice for anyone. Never to old to learn new tricks.

Good article!
If I might just add to this - read the label or check the MSDS ( on line?) on the liquid dishwashing soap. If it is contains Sodium, it will damage the Orchid. If the soap contains Potassium, it is fine to use.
