The first reminder is to please fill out your swap profile. Click on the Manage your swap profile under the Manage your swap list. You will be adding your address so that I may be able to send your seeds. If you do not do this, you will not be getting seeds.

Today is our second reminder. This is the cut off date to list 20 packs. If you are having a problem with getting your 20 packs, please pm me. Let's see what we can do. There are a couple that I am aware of that will either be listing more by the last day to list or I will be helping to meet their numbers. Those I will be helping, please pm me today so we can get yours listed before cut off. I will be online off and on all day today so the sooner the better. If anyone has any questions, ask away.

We are down to appx 30 hours before the listing is cut off. I just wanted to remind everyone that by 6pm cst on Wed, the system will stop allowing us to list. Hurry, hurry, hurry!

I don't think so Thomas. Were you able to with the lightning? I want to say I had tried to add something and the system stops us from listing at 6pm cst. Once that happens, there's no more listing. If someone knows for a fact, please tell us.

I don't know if things changed since, but I definitely recall one participant in the Not From the Seed Rack Seed Swap adding things in even on the last day of the swap. Kept things interesting!

Then my suggestion is that if it let's you add, keep on rocking folks. I have no problem with late adds. Everyone has met the requirement so list til you fall out, lol. I totally agree loves. Very interesting, lol.

It did let me add something after the deadline. Congrats ya'll. If you have more you would like to add, be my guest.

Well, I have come up with our starting tickets. We are going to up it to 5 for this swap and see how things fall. There is a chance that it all may go by the end of the swap so be prepared. :)

For the newbies, this means that the first night you will receive 5 free tickets. You will also be earning tickets as the night goes on. The second night, you will receive 10 free tickets + what you earn by selling your offerings, the third night is 15 free tickets + what you earn. It continues to add 5 each night of the swap.

Tomorrow night is THE night. It seems like it took forever but it is finally here. I will be here most of the day if you have any last minute questions. I will be glued to my desk chair until we're done with the bidding. I do suggest if you can, be here by 5 mins til your start time. Don't forget to click on your wishlist when the clock strikes 7, 6, 5, or 4 pm. Or whatever your time zone is in Canada. I'm so sorry I don't know. If you do not see treasure boxes, reload the page. They will be there the second time. Other than that, we'll be clicking like crazy til we get the message, "You have no more tickets".

@Karen I've done multiple Not From The Seed Rack swaps and we've always been able to add all the way up until the end. So, anyone who wants to add, as the swap goes on, should be able too.

WEll I hope I will be around to click on time. Havbe to take my brother in law to the hospital tomorrow for emergency surgery on his leg. Hopefully I make it home in time to vote.

@kdlund Darn brothers and their injured legs! Don't worry though, even if you're not here at start, there will still be tons of seeds available when you get home!

@klund, you can dib on your phone. I had to do that in one of the Nov. swaps. I had a visiting speaker in for a dayliliy meeting and right in the middle dinner out I was cashing in my tickets. He thought it was great and helped me decide what of the 5 stars were best.

Karen, I know we get 1/2 credit for everything that sells tonight. What are the bonuses for sales on later days?

Yes @klund if you have to the phone works great. I did it that way for one of the swaps in November, my granddaughter had the nerve to have a birthday on that day

Day 1: 0.5 tickets per item sold
Day 2: 0.34 tickets per item sold
Days 3-5: 0.2 tickets per item sold
Days 6-7: 0.1 tickets per item sold

Thanks for that info. I've always wondered. I knew the first day was .5, but for the rest I just kind of make up random numbers when I explained the system to new people.

I remembered from previous swaps the number got less and less so I wanted to post that info so we'd always have a reference for future swaps.
