I am not a poly breeder, however you can get some information about your questions by using the American Hemerocallis Society website pages for daylily registrations -

Part way down the screen page there is a check box for the Flower Form - polymerous. By checking that box and clicking on the search button (or press the enter key after checking the box) a list of all daylilies registered as polymerous will be shown.
You would need to do your own tabulations and comparisons (from the parentage information - for those records where it is present) and the information in the database is not a random sample but it is a start.
