I found a large whiteish-green seed that looked like a little brain. This is the plant that sprouted. Can someone please help me identify it?

Seeds of Crinum lilies look like 'a little brain' so that is the direction I am thinking.

Not quite! It's a mystery! I'll continue to watch it and check in as it gets more leaves! Thank you!
