Hi Jon!

Sugar Plum Jam seems to be having a hard time here in zone 7b. It hasn't settled in well for me and I'm wondering if it's maybe one of those I consider a "hard dormant?" This will be it's third year so maybe it'll pick up.

I've only got the one pic of it from last year and I missed the other two blooms as I was out of town~~of course!

3rd year here ......and doing just ok. It isnt a prolific bloomer but the blooms are lovely enough for me to hang onto this plant .

It took a few years for SPJ to get going for me but now I have a very nice clump. Love the bloom. Pictures doesn't do it justice. It has proliferations pretty much every year. Does well in my zone 5 garden. I never measured but I'm sure it must get to the registered height and bloom size.
