This sounds great! I'm new to this website and I'm trying to start a community garden through my highschool environmental club so some acorns to enter the raffle could really go a long way!

What a generous idea! I just joined last week, and read about acorns for the first time today. Since my garden is still under 2 feet of snow, it may be quite a while before I can think about taking photos and acquiring acorns that way!
