'Romanian Rendevous' is a semi-evergreen tetraploid introduced in 2003 by Salter.

Never flourished here. It multiplied, but never bloomed a lot. Scapes, naturally short, were barely above the foliage. Also, tended to wilt by noon.

Purchased a double fan of Romanian Rendevous in 2017. I can't say much about it except it increased to four fans and it bloomed. We will see in another month if it survived the winter as right now it is still buried under snow. Pic is the first flower on it so please don't judge the plant on this pic.

Mine has multiplied pretty well, the flowers always look nice. It blooms fairly well, I only counted blooms on it one year and it got between 12 to 19 blooms per scape. I don't think mine is as tall as it is supposed to be, but scapes are above the foliage.
