I have 12 packs of the hybrid sweet shrub Michael Lindsey seeds( 12 seeds in each pack) that were cut from my bush. They are 2018 seeds and look very good. I just sent a TM. How do you keep the squirrels or birds from eating the fleshy green pods in the summer? I only had two pods survive the summer and turn brown for winter. Something had eaten the others.

Got your TM and the list is made. I will be sending no doubt tomorrow. I have no problem with either critter eating plant seeds that I know of. I have 3 big bushes full and I would not know if they were eating them. I feed my birds year round and they pretty much eat seeds instead of the plants.

SEEDS ARE ALL SPOKEN FOR AT THIS TIME. BE SURE TO PUT THEM IN A SUNNY PLACE TO GROW AND SPREAD. ENJOY AND GOD BLESS. HAPPY EASTER.

OK GANG.....THE SEEDS ARE ALL READY TO TAKE TO THE MAILBOX. THEY WILL GO OUT TOMORROW FOR SURE. IF MY MAILMAN COMES TO THE DOOR TODAY, THEY WILL GO TODAY, OTHERWISE, TOMORROW FOR SURE.

I WANT TO REMIND YOU TO STRATIFY THEM FOR 3 MONTHS AND SOME PEOPLE DO SCRAPE THE SEEDS, I DID NOT, PRIOR TO PLANTING. DAMP STRATIFY FOR SURE.
ALSO, THEY WILL DO MUCH BETTER FOR YOU IF YOU PLANT THEM IN THE SUN. THE MORE THE BETTER FROM DAY ONE.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW THEY DO FOR YOU. YOU MAY WANT TO CHECK THE PLANTS DATABASE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY.
