I recall it being more like 23" inches here. It (is) was a nice diploid, a little smaller than I would have preferred. It was reasonably budded and vigorous, but I think it is past tense, as I eliminated it for some reason.

Here is a pic with an old camera. A bit too bluish, probably because it was taken too early in the morning.

Will have to check when it is not muddy in the garden to see if this one is still here as I got rid of some diploids. This one grew and increased well with lovely blooms it is on the shorter side, sill it makes a beautifully colored blooming clump.
If you want to be happy for a lifetime plant a garden!

A very nice, very clear pink that has a tendency to show poly blooms. Grows and increases well.

WOODSIDE ROMANCE is wonderful old pink. It frequently throws polytepal blooms. It grows and increases well. I remember when it was introduced by MR. APPS and fell in love with the picture of it in his catalog. I would agree with Mantis that it could be a little taller.
