Is this a fungal infection, or is it treatable whatever it is?

This is a rooted plant I ordered with some cuttings a few weeks ago, two of the cuttings have grown some spots just like this and this plant was perfectly spotless when I watered it a few days ago.

Treatable? Or can it spread and infect my other plants and I should just throw them away and reorder them?

Nope. Sadly, dont think there will be enough tissue to even make a cutting that you can propagate. This a seriously nasty infection. Discard.

You are overwatering.

That was its first watering ever, it was wrinkled and thirsty beforehand. The black spot appeared a few days afterwards, and two unrooted cuttings that came from the same seller had the same spots show up before this one developed one.
