Even though by 1958 I was already in grade school, I only remember the 4 cent.
I remember just barely 5 cent pop mahcines but remember well when Coke had both 10 oz and 12 oz bottles, riding, on our bikes to find the one with the bigger bottles.
When the pop was 5 cents one gas station had a machine where you had no choice, what ever kind of pop was next in line was what you got but back then my home town had a local private brand bottler.
Before prohibition it had been a brewery; sadly it did not live into the sixties.
